1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Twin Me website and services ("Service") operated by Codera Digital ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services

Codera Digital provides custom AI product development services including but not limited to:

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials created by Codera Digital remain the property of Codera Digital unless explicitly transferred in writing. AI models trained on your content are your property upon full payment. Source code and platform infrastructure remain the property of Codera Digital unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms are set out in the individual project agreement. For PoC engagements, payment is required upfront. For full-build projects, a payment schedule is agreed prior to commencement. All fees are non-refundable once the relevant project phase has commenced, except where Codera Digital fails to deliver the agreed scope.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Client content provided for AI training is handled under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codera Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Codera Digital in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. AI model outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated decisions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. For active project clients, material changes will be communicated by email.
