Client onboarding: business name, project details, and content materials you share with us for AI training (under a separate NDA).

Analytics: page views, session duration, referral source via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP). Data processed under a Data Processing Agreement with Google.
Advertising pixels: Meta (Facebook) Pixel for measuring ad performance. Activated only after cookie consent.
Technical data: browser type, device type, and approximate location (country level) via standard server logs.

To deliver the Twin Me service you've contracted us for.

Google Fonts — typography. Fonts load from Google servers; no personal data is associated.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption on all pages, access controls, and secure data storage. Client content used for AI training is handled under NDA with enterprise-grade encryption.

10. International Transfers

Codera Digital operates from the UAE. If you are located in the EU/UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

11. Children's Privacy

Twin Me is a B2B and professional service not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
